Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused

    • In their original packaging

    • In the same condition you received them

  • To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We will provide return instructions once your return request is approved.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Items returned after the 7-day window

    • Used or damaged items not due to our error

    • Items not in their original packaging

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization (personal-use bathroom accessories). These will be clearly marked on the product page.
